Refund & Cancellation Policy

There are no long-term contracts or commitments required. Your subscription is billed on a month-to-month basis, giving you the flexibility to continue using the service only as long as it meets your needs.

All subscriptions operate on a calendar-month basis.

If you wish to discontinue your subscription, you must submit your cancellation request before 11:59 PM (local time) on the last calendar day of the month. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the current month, and no further charges will be incurred for future months.

Cancellation requests received after 11:59 PM on the last day of the month will take effect at the end of the following billing month.

Because all subscriptions are billed monthly and access remains available through the end of the billing period, Red Dog Grant Intelligence does not offer prorated refunds or credits for partial months of service.

Due to the immediate access provided upon subscription—including personalized grant matching, funding opportunities, AI-powered tools, and platform resources—all subscription fees are non-refundable.

Once a subscription has been activated, refunds cannot be provided for any reason, including unused time, partial months, or account inactivity.
